Motsepe Architects (Pty)Ltd (M.Arch) is committed to the upliftment of South Africa and its people by providing services in the built environment by way of research and practice. At present Motsepe Architects continue to do community orientated services at no cost as well as funding tertiary level students with bursaries and scholarships.

Fanuel is President of the Gauteng Institute for Architecture (GiFA) and was recently elected Vice-President of the South African Institute of Architects (SAIA). Since 2000 Fanuel has being serving as a heritage conservation architect at South African Heritage Resources Agency - Gauteng (SAHRA- Gauteng) as well as sitting on the board of Social Housing Focus (SHIFT).

M Arch is currently supporting 3 projects in the community at no cost, namely :

Ramagodi Kgotla in Mmakau.

St Peter's Church in Ga-Rankuwa.

Polonia Primary School in Mmakau.

Motsepe Architects continue to research in the area of the built environment with the aim of identifying methods and implementation strategies for a culture receptive approach and application of the built environment profession.
